A few Colorado FFA members rang in the new year with a little competition in the rabbit barn. They participated in the William Geter New Year's D2 Buckle Bash in Abernathy, Tx on January 1st. It was a tough competition with 200+ rabbits showing up.
Lucy Foster had a Best of Breed with her Giant Chinchilla, Best Opposite Breed and Variety with her Netherland Dwarf.
Logan Brantley had a 3rd place Holland Lop.
Kara Martin had a Best of Breed Flemish Giant.
Daisey Roller had a Best of Opposite variety Holland Lop and a Best of Variety Netherland Dwarf.
Great job showing off your hard work. All kids are now getting ready for and setting their sights on the County Stock Show on Jan 11-12.
