Please remember that your school-issued Chromebook is your responsibility to take care of. Chromebooks should be charged and brought to school every day.
We have several students who have borrowed Chromebooks and not returned them, and others who are already on their third device due to damage. This is not acceptable and will not continue. If these issues persist, students that continue to show they cannot handle the responsibility will no longer be allowed to take Chromebooks home.
If you have any questions or concerns about your device, please speak with Mrs. Quiroz.
Thank you for being responsible and taking care of your Chromebook.

URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT – CMS Early Release
Due to a power outage, Colorado Middle School is releasing students early. Dismissal is happening now.
Please make arrangements for student pickup as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding.

Our 8th grade Wind Teams had an incredible experience at TSTC’s Wind Day today! Students explored hands-on labs and real-world applications in the wind energy industry, gaining valuable knowledge and skills.
🔧 Highlights of the Day:
Learning about hydraulics used in tractors and forklifts
Exploring AC/DC currents and working in the DC electrical lab
Climbing demonstrations and learning about rescue techniques for turbine technicians
Touring the TSTC campus and wind energy facilities
Discovering more about KidWind and even beginning to design and build their own wind turbine blades
Our students represented us well—asking thoughtful questions, working as a team, and getting excited about future careers in renewable energy and technology! ⚡🌎
Huge thank you to TSTC for inspiring the next generation of innovators! 💙
