Frank Biggers, a former basketball player for the Wallace Wildcats, is set to be inducted into the Big Country Athletic Hall of Fame on April 29, 2024. Biggers, a 6'3" forward, played for the Wildcats, a small all-black school in Colorado City before integration.

During his time at Wallace, Biggers led the Wallace Wildcats to five state championships from 1959-1966. In 1962, as a sophomore, he was recognized for his exceptional performance and was named all-state forward after leading Wallace to a 40-2 record and a state championship. Biggers was named  Prairie View Interscholastic League  all-state forward again his senior year in 1964. 

After graduating from Wallace, Biggers continued his basketball career at Cisco College, where he became the nation's third-leading scorer with an average of 32 points per game over two seasons. After serving in the Army during the Vietnam War, he played with the Harlem Stars basketball team.
