On Monday, July 31, the CISD board members approved a 3 percent pay increase for all current faculty and staff.
This is a heartening decision that will benefit those who work hard to educate and support our students. The District values their hard work and dedication. The board's unanimous decision shows that they are committed to retaining their talented workforce.
This week, CISD teachers, administrators, and staff are participating in professional development training until August 8, leading up to the start of our Fall Semester on August 9.
