On Wednesday, April 12, CHS Band Director Sam Hale opened his email to some excellent news!
CES/CMS Principal Lorianne Toombs was awarded the Texas Music Educators Association Distinguished Administrators Award after being nominated by Mr. Hale.
Mrs. Toombs will be featured in the May issue of Southwestern Musician magazine along with the letter of nomination that Mr. Hale wrote.
Proving once again our unofficial motto, "We Are Better Together," applies in all aspects of our district. Educators nominate administrators, administrators lifting up students and educators, and our school board investing resources to all.
