Official transcripts will not be distributed to the student or parent. Students/parents are entitled to unofficial copies with the understanding that colleges and universities do not accept them for admissions purposes. If a transcript is collected in person, it will be stamped "unofficial."

All "official" transcripts will be mailed directly to the college, university, institution, or scholarship foundation unless otherwise directed by the school administrator or designee. 

Colorado High School will process up to three transcript requests per person, per year free of charge. Any requests beyond the third will cost $3.00. Please call (325) 728-3424 for more information. Please complete each item of the request. Incomplete requests may be discarded.
